Because they are really, really, really good. For starters, they're like little soft fluffy spicy pumpkin cakes. The countdown to my departure has been ramping up and with every passing minute, I am starting to increasingly waffle between states of panic, excitement, anxiety and sentimentality—panic because there are literally like one million things that I have to do between now and Monday; excitement because I'm going to travel for four months, huzzah; anxiety because I don't know what to expect (although that's also one reason I'm excited) and sentimentality because knowing I won't be in my pretty little apartment for a while makes me appreciate it all the more.
